Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and strong MS Outlook and communication skills in a fast-paced auto dealership setting.

Qualifications

• One year related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.
• Understand deadlines and apply urgency to tasks.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting & Welcoming: Serving as the initial point of contact for clients, walk-in customers, and guests.
• Communication: Answering, screening and routing incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries about products or services.
• Appointment Management: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars for the sales team and preparing the reception or consultation area.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management, sales team and other departments as needed.
• Other Duties: May be assigned additional tasks as needed.
