Qualifications

• 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Experience assisting customers via chat and email channels.
• Detailed troubleshooting and resolutions for users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).
