Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an on-site Receiving Team Lead for a Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm shift at a starting rate of $24.82/hr. You will lead daily team meetings, supervise inventory counts with RDT, and ensure accuracy and safety across receiving operations.

The ideal candidate will be forklift-certified, proficient in MS Office, and experienced with WMS reporting and inventory control. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified to operate forklifts and order pickers with safety focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with WMS reporting and inventory controls.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings; delegate tasks and goals.
• Oversee RDT and physical inventory counts.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide associates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and work instructions.
• Run department stocking/inventory reports; adjust records.
• Lead put-away; monitor and replenish pick locations.
• Train team on receiving, put-away, and replenishment.
