Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join onsite on first shift (Monday–Friday). The role includes verifying shipments, preparing items for dispatch, and handling customer service at the counter and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment and check packing slips and invoices.
• Unpack shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate with shippers/customers.
• Provide customer service at the counter and via phone; cover CSR breaks as needed.
