Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification; familiarity with DC methods.
• Ability to understand daily goals and maximize warehouse capacity;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and teamwork.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in temperature extremes.
• Scanner-directed work environment; stand-up forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dock Stocker and High Reach forklifts to unload shipments and move products to storage areas.
• Process pick tickets, perform full pallet picking, and shuttle pallets for order processing using scanners.
• Interact with management software and label printers; read work orders for material needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions and perform other duties.
