Job summary

Randstad USA in Columbia, SC is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee all inventory movement in the distributorship’s warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks and supervising 2–3 warehouse workers.

Core duties include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and palletizing; manage inventory control, SOPs, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Salary is $60,000–$65,000 per year, first shift (7:30 AM–4:30 PM), High School education required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, including inventory control and accounting relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of carrier operations, commerce regulations, and hazardous shipping laws.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to operate motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and palletizing.
• Direct a team of 2–3 warehouse workers, design efficient layouts, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and safeguarding for inventory valued at $0.5M–$3.0M, supporting 1M–13M shipped pieces annually.
• Handle operational budgeting, expense control, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
