Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities, ensuring accurate product movement and on-time order fulfillment.

Key duties include inventory control, stock reconciliation, shipment preparation, and maintaining warehouse visibility while communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations; CSCP is a nice to have.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• CSCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred

CSCP certification (Nice to Have)
