Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, prepare items for storage, and set up displays. You will ensure on-shelf availability, accurate stock levels, and proper merchandising according to SOPs.

This role supports store operations and cross-department coordination to keep products accessible and properly labeled. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of receiving experience, comfort with scan guns and warehouse software, and a proactive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise for storage or sales areas.
• Unpack items, set up displays, stock shelves, and verify inventory levels.
• Follow SOPs for receiving and apparel merchandising and maintain accurate records.
• Operate scan guns and computer-based systems for receipt documentation.
• Assist in store-to-store transfers, shipping, and receiving activities.
