Job summary

Rural King is looking to hire a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, prepare stock, set up displays, and maintain inventory accuracy across the store and distribution center.

The role requires following SOPs for apparel receiving, using scan guns, keeping thorough records, and supporting store-to-store transfers and daily receiving operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible.
• Proven track record of accurate paperwork and inventory handling.
• Able to operate basic store equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and prepare merchandise for storage or display.
• Follow SOPs for apparel receiving and merchandising.
• Use scan guns and computer systems for receipt documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with transfers and floor replenishment.
• Keep receiving records up to date daily.
• Support safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail setting.
