Job summary

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk at Nissin Foods USA in Pennsylvania supports daily shipping operations by verifying documentation, assigning orders and ensuring accurate BOLs. You will assist with inventory and coordinate carrier activity to keep warehouse flow smooth.

The position is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with responsibilities including driver check-in, document verification, and label printing for LTL shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of related experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and verify carrier compliance before assigning a loading dock.
• Verify pick sheets include all documents such as CHEP prints and Modular forms.
• Assign orders to forklift drivers.
• Verify item numbers and counts when orders are returned.
• Adjust quantities in the system before generating a Bill of Lading when approved.
• Maintain a carrier traffic form.
• Monitor pallet levels and dispatch forklift to offload as needed.
• Print labels for all outbound LTL shipments.
• Ensure ship dates and pickup times are recorded in the Shipping access database.
• Update Carrier Performance report daily.
• Assist with month-end inventory.
• Post MROs to create items for finish goods.
