Job summary

Nissin Foods (USA) Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support daily operations by verifying documentation, assigning orders, maintaining records and ensuring shipment accuracy.

The role includes inventory support, coordination of carrier activity, and alignment with the warehouse team to keep flow smooth and on schedule. First shift, Monday–Friday, with standard start times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of related experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and verify carrier compliance before assigning a loading dock.
• Verify that pick sheets have all necessary documents attached (CHEP printouts, Modular forms).
• Assign orders to forklift drivers.
• Verify item numbers and counts when orders are returned.
• Adjust quantities in the system before generating Bill of Lading as authorized.
• Maintain a carrier traffic form and monitor pallet levels.
• Print labels for all LTL shipments and ensure accurate ship dates.
