Savencia Cheese USA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for 1st shift in New Holland, PA. You will support day-to-day shipping and receiving, schedule freight, and prepare shipping documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include handling customer service questions, updating records, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring accurate inventory and reporting. Work requires lifting and operating warehouse equipment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Computer experience – Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, update records, and provide customer service.
• Coordinate with forklift operators and carriers to ensure orders are picked.
• Use warehouse systems to locate and gather stock and update records.
• Create shipping labels and manage shipping information.
• Track goods and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
• Ensure proper packaging and arrange transportation services.
• Assist with coverage for Warehouse Supervisors when needed.
