Zusammenfassung

MPD INTEGRATION LLC is seeking a Receiving Associate to accurately receive, inspect, document, and stage incoming materials for electrical distribution products and engineered power solutions. You will verify shipments, perform ERP/MRP entries, and ensure proper labeling and routing to storage or production areas.

The role works closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Production, and other departments to maintain material accuracy and support production schedules.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to accurately compare part numbers, quantities, purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/MRP and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and documentation.
• Complete receiving transactions accurately in ERP/MRP and apply labels and project information.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, discrepancies, returns, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with inventory accuracy activities, cycle counts, and material location verification.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Inventory personnel to support material flow and production needs.
