Job summary

PDC Machines, LLC is seeking an Associate to verify and process receipts from external suppliers, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate ERP records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will use RF scanning, operate a forklift, maintain inventory accuracy, and support purchasing, shipping, and production teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential in this on-site role at our Souderton site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience receiving parts and/or materials into an ERP or inventory system.
• RF Scanner and bar-coding experience.
• Inventory and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Able to use pallet jack for material movement.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming receipts against packing slips/lists and report damages.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales/customer service to resolve receipt/shipment issues.
• Ensure ERP transactions reflect accurate material movements and are completed timely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system.
• Scan and file receiving documentation.
• Label every unreceived part with the correct part number.
• Store materials in proper locations and complete ERP transactions.
• Perform housekeeping to prevent material accumulation and keep area orderly.
• Load/unload materials per production needs and handle packaging for shipping as needed.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and other duties as assigned.
