Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Process and file invoices; distribute copies.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing app.
• Adhere to receiving standards.
• Support accounts payable with vendors.
• Assist product teams with accounting during inventory close.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas.
• Arrive on time; attend trainings and meetings.
