Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Massachusetts seeks an entry-level Receiving Associate to efficiently process deliveries and maintain the receiving area. You will support leadership, follow procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and sanitation throughout shifts.

Key duties include organizing loads, stocking refrigerated items, recording transfers, and communicating clearly with team members. The role requires physical ability and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of IRMA preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb on a regular basis.
• Ability to operate with attention to safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain the receiving area, backstock, and cooler.
• Stock refrigerated items and organize loads.
• Document transfers and waste as required.
• Communicate with team and support leaders during shifts.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper lifting techniques.
• Record time using clock, and abide by dress code standards.
