Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Receiving Specialist to oversee the receipt and storage of products, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient flow of goods. You will work with the Inventory Manager and collaborate with multiple departments to meet business and customer requirements.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse experience, strong problem solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in documentation and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse and pack out practices.
• Able to operate fork trucks and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Offloads and processes dock receipts for all inventory locations.
• Ensure incoming material matches Purchase Orders and packing lists.
• Resolve receiving issues with buying authorities and accounting.
• Direct all Shipping, Receiving and Inventory issues to supervisor.
• Maintain complete and accurate Inventory records (RMR/CS logs).
• Acquire working knowledge of inventory and material handling systems.
• Expedite incoming material and parts requests.
• Stock warehouse parts in an organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of inventory areas; perform cycle counts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers as needed.
• Readiness to learn production blueprints and routers.
