White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. in Portland, OR is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our on-site warehouse team. You will receive, count, and store items, and record data in our systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, forklift experience is preferred, and familiarity with Oracle software is a plus. Join a team that values reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and store incoming goods in the correct locations.
• Record data into the company computer system and software.
• Pack, unpack, and label stock accurately for storage and shipment.
• Identify short or incorrect items and notify the supervisor.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Deliver items to designated areas and maintain organization.
• Assist purchasing to monitor shortages and delays in deliveries.
