Job summary

Talentify is seeking staff for inventory control in our store environment. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of the inventory through daily cycle counts, discrepancy research, and system adjustments.

Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with on-site hours and responsibilities across receiving, tagging, and reporting. The ideal candidate has at least one year of inventory control experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure while delivering

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail setting.
• POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Flag tagging/SKU discrepancies to department managers.
• Audit key inventory processes monthly per SOP.
• Ensure store security and report issues to management.
• Support Operations during physical inventory periods.
