Job summary

EControls is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to manage incoming shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations.

You will review orders, document delivery paperwork, label inbound inventory, and assist unloading while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and documentation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders and verify incoming shipments against order details.
• Verify delivery documents including Bills of Lading and packing slips.
• Identify, label, and package inbound inventory and print travelers as required.
• Accurately update inventory locations in the system (e.g., FIFO practices).
• Assist with unloading shipments and moving inventory to designated warehouse locations.
• Provide high levels of internal and external customer service.
