Job summary

With 2-3 years retail experience and at least one year in a supervisory role, you’ll lead teams across departments, develop talent, and apply financial and service metrics to improve results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear and precise direction.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict by addressing root cause issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use that information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Serves as mentor and coach for all team members.
• Implements strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales while meeting customer needs and maintaining efficiency.
• Maintains store appearance with focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
