Job summary

Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC seeks a Receiving Coordinator to oversee all receiving activities for aluminum, vinyl, and chain link products. You will ensure adequate stock to meet demand and enable order fulfillment, while supporting the inventory process.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in shipping/manufacturing, 5S experience, and strong attention to detail. A forklift certification and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role based in Fort Mill, SC.

Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

Department Name: Shipping

Reports to: Supply Chain

Business Unit: Fort Mill

Job Summary: Coordinate all receiving processes for our line of products: aluminum, vinyl and chain link. Ensure that the warehouse has enough products to meet demand and that customer orders can be fulfilled. Support and facilitate inventory process.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform routine activities maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Perform warehouse operations by working closely with all operation departments for efficient scheduling of merchandise being received.
• Receive materials and organize them strategically in the warehouse.
• Verify material identification and condition as received
• Label all items and keep inventory levels safe
• Report on shortages to management
• Operate equipment, as authorized, to facilitate the loading process.
• Securely move products to the designated zone areas.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance expectation.
• Other duties as needed and assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Associate degree or some college background
• Bilingual – English/Spanish – preferred
• 2-5 years in shipping and/or manufacturing work experience
• 5S hands on experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Full understanding of industry safety standard
• Full understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
• Certified Forklift Operator
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Physical demands & work environment:

• Working in a warehouse environment and operating equipment, as authorized.
