National Safety Apparel is seeking a full-time Receiving Clerk to manage all receiving activities, including fabric receipts, inventory items, and production supplies. Position requires accurate data entry into the company software and timely processing of receipts.
Responsibilities include unloading trucks, tagging materials, and placing goods into correct locations, with daily entries in the TCM system and close collaboration with Purchasing and Inventory Control.

Pay: $17/hour
Position Overview: Responsible for ALL receiving activities including fabric receipts, inventory items, production supplies, and miscellaneous. The distribution of all items to their correct location, and the entering of each receipt into the company’s software computer system with 100% accuracy in a timely manner is critical to success.
Training: Provided on the job by Inventory Control Specialist, Purchasing, and Warehouse Lead
Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 2+ years in shipping or receiving
Key Competencies: Great attention to detail, great attendance and dependability, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, organizational skills, personable, communication (both verbal and written email), analytical thinking, and goal oriented. Takes pride in their work and feels ownership for their scope of responsibility.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for a significant amount of the day, walk frequently with pace, and lift 40 pounds.
Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with close proximity to outside overhead dock doors, and constant background noise
