Job description

Description
Schedule

Monday–Friday

7:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We're flexible on the start time for the right person.

Want a job where you’re not stuck doing the same thing all day?

We’re looking for an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to join our team and keep materials, products, and information moving in the right direction. If you’re organized, sharp-eyed, comfortable making decisions, and take pride in getting things done correctly and on time, we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You’ll be involved in everything from incoming materials and outbound shipments to inventory accuracy, material handling, documentation, and solving problems when something doesn’t look right.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive and process incoming materials, goods, and shipments
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickups
  • Create bills of lading, manifests, and other shipping documentation
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts
  • Enter and update inventory information in our ERP system
  • ? Move materials and products safely to the appropriate work centers and storage areas
  • ? Investigate and report quantity, documentation, inventory, and shipment discrepancies
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist with physical inventories
  • Keep your work area organized using 5S principles
  • Work closely with the Materials team, production, management, and other departments to keep things moving
? What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 4–7 years of relevant receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Have 2–4 years of material-handling equipment experience
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Can work independently and make good decisions without someone standing over your shoulder
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of details
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Can confidently use computer systems and learn ERP software
  • Understand the importance of safety, quality, accuracy, and urgency
  • Take ownership when you see a problem instead of walking past it
  • Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in keeping things organized
  • Can read and understand drawings, routers, and process specifications
  • OSHA forklift certification is a plus
What This Job Requires

This is an active manufacturing-floor position—not a desk job. You’ll spend your day walking, standing, moving materials, operating equipment, using computers, and keeping things organized. You should be comfortable with bending, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Why This Role Matters

When shipping and receiving is done right, production keeps moving. Customers get what they need. Inventory stays accurate. Problems get caught before they become bigger problems.

You’ll play a key role in making all of that happen.
