Job summary

Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage all receiving processes for aluminum, vinyl, and chain link products. The role ensures the warehouse maintains adequate stock to fulfill customer orders and supports inventory activities.

Based in NY, SC, and NJ, the team values safety, quality, and timely operations. A forklift certification and 5S experience are preferred to drive efficient receiving and storage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or some college background.
• 2-5 years in shipping and/or manufacturing work experience.
• 5S hands on experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving processes for aluminum, vinyl, and chain link products.
• Collaborate with operation departments to schedule merchandise receipt.
• Receive materials and organize them in the warehouse.
• Verify identification and condition of received goods.
• Label items and maintain safe inventory levels.
• Report shortages to management and assist inventory control.
• Operate equipment as authorized to support loading and zone movements.
• Uphold company policies and performance standards.

Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

Department Name: Shipping

Reports to: Supply Chain

Business Unit: Fort Mill

Job Summary: Coordinate all receiving processes for our line of products: aluminum, vinyl and chain link. Ensure that the warehouse has enough products to meet demand and that customer orders can be fulfilled. Support and facilitate inventory process.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform routine activities maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Perform warehouse operations by working closely with all operation departments for efficient scheduling of merchandise being received.
• Receive materials and organize them strategically in the warehouse.
• Verify material identification and condition as received
• Label all items and keep inventory levels safe
• Report on shortages to management
• Operate equipment, as authorized, to facilitate the loading process.
• Securely move products to the designated zone areas.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance expectation.
• Other duties as needed and assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Associate degree or some college background
• Bilingual – English/Spanish – preferred
• 2-5 years in shipping and/or manufacturing work experience
• 5S hands on experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Full understanding of industry safety standard
• Full understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
• Certified Forklift Operator
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Physical demands & work environment:
