Job summary

Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC seeks a Receiving Coordinator to oversee all receiving activities for aluminum, vinyl, and chain link products. You will ensure adequate stock to meet demand and enable order fulfillment, while supporting the inventory process.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in shipping/manufacturing, 5S experience, and strong attention to detail. A forklift certification and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role based in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or some college background.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2–5 years in shipping/manufacturing.
• 5S hands on experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all receiving activities for warehouse and products (aluminum, vinyl, chain link).
• Collaborate with operations for efficient scheduling of received merchandise.
• Receive materials and organize them in the warehouse.
• Verify material identification and condition on receipt.
• Label items and maintain safe inventory levels.
• Report shortages to management.
