Job summary

Cordis, LLC is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Rebate Execution to lead end-to-end rebate operations within the Revenue Operations Team.

You will own contract setup, load configurations in JD Edwards (JDE), and ensure accurate calculations, credits, and timely payments while partnering with Finance and Strategic Pricing to drive process improvements. The role requires 5+ years in pricing or related software, a relevant business degree, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing or systems software experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree or JDE cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of rebate contracts, including setup, amendments, maintenance, and closeout.
• Execute and maintain rebate contract loads in JD Edwards (JDE) with correct rates and terms.
• Manage vendor setup and master data to support rebate processing and payments.
• Calculate rebates accurately per contract terms and eligible sales.
• Oversee rebate credits and payments, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
