Qualifications

• Requires: Associate degree in a business-related field; 1 year accounting or rebate management experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong Excel and accounting knowledge including accruals and reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage rebate reconciliation and ensure payments are accurate.
• Enter rebate data in Rebate Manager and accrue programs.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Develop internal controls to prevent errors.
