Responsibilities

• Review rebates and contract terms to ensure proper accrual and payout.
• Code credits, deposit checks, and process ACH payments to GL accounts.
• Reconcile supplier programs and prepare incentive reconciliations.
• Follow up with suppliers for payments and issue resolution.
• Prepare quarterly accrual analyses and document policies.
