Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Rear Load Driver Non-CDL in Kentucky to service customers, operate waste collection routes, and maintain truck and route records. You will load, unload, and haul waste or recyclables while ensuring safety and efficient performance on daily routes.

The role requires good map-reading ability, reliable English communication, and valid driver's license with comfortable driving a truck and trailer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map and follow routes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Excellent truck driving/maneuvering skills.
• Ability to drive while pulling a trailer and operate standard safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services safely and efficiently.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300–600 times per day on the assigned route.
• Move and replace containers; ensure curbside receptacles are neat and accessible.
• Maintain route and driver logs; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
