Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Covington, KY is seeking a Rear Load Driver Non-CDL to service customers and haul waste to disposal sites. You will routinely enter/exit the truck, move containers, replace receptacles, and maintain logs while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires map literacy, clear English communication, and a valid DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one. A clean driving record and a >=19 years old applicant are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or be able to obtain before hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read maps and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers safely and efficiently.
• Enter/exit the truck 300–600 times per day on various routes.
• Move containers, replace receptacles, and clean up spills as needed.
• Maintain route and driver logs, and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure service quality.
