Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking Rear Load Drivers (Non-CDL) to service customers with trash and recycling collection. You will navigate routes, load containers, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining logs and vehicle cleanliness.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of commercial truck driving experience or waste industry exposure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Rumpke offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand a map.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers.
• Excellent truck driving/maneuvering skills.
• Must read and speak English well enough for safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers safely.
• Enter/exit the truck up to several hundred times per day per route.
• Move containers from enclosures or buildings as needed.
• Replace receptacles neatly at curb or designated areas.
• Maintain and update route and driver logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates.
• Load waste or recyclables, keep truck clean, and operate other trucks as required.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
