Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to drive store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will oversee project execution, supervise hourly teams, manage escalations, and partner with store leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will travel frequently to project sites, with a focus on delivering high-quality results while aligning with Walmart's standards and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM, space management, store design, operations, data analysis or 3 years of PM/related experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and coordinate with store leadership.
• Attend required trainings and assessments for role.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and communicate plans and changes to stakeholders.
