Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of store remodels, new builds, and special projects across the US, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and partner with store leaders to keep operations running smoothly. The role involves frequent travel, working overnight shifts, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 1 year of PM exp, or 3 years in PM/space/store design/ops/data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and up to 80% of the time.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and experience leading cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with store leadership to minimize impact on operations.
• Travel across the US for projects; communicate plans and changes to stakeholders.
