Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with leadership to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and staying away 80% of the time. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects and resolve leadership/associate concerns.
• Own execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop associates by supervising, mentoring, recognizing performance, and identifying career paths.
