Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide. You will supervise hourly team members, resolve escalations, and work with store leadership to keep projects on time and on budget.

Primarily overnight shifts with frequent travel up to 1000 miles. PTO, benefits, and performance bonuses are part of the package. You will report to the Realty Execution team in Walmart US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and partner with store teams to meet timelines and budgets.
