Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget while supervising hourly teams and collaborating with store leadership.

Role involves frequent travel up to 1,000 miles, primarily overnight shifts, and development opportunities for associates. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop Associates: supervise and develop opportunities for team members, listen to ideas, and mentor.
