Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Travel up to 1000 miles from home and primarily overnight shifts are expected. The role emphasizes teamwork, development of associates, and delivering high quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of project management experience OR 3 years of related experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments as part of role onboarding or post-hire updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, and work overnight shifts as needed.
