Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier quality while coordinating with store leadership and hourly teams.

The role requires travel up to 1000 miles with frequent time away from home and a preference for candidates with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of relevant experience OR 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles, 80% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues with store leadership.
• Travel to project sites across the US as required.
