Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and work with store leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with high quality.

Travel is required to support projects nationwide. Primarily overnight shifts and frequent travel up to 1000 miles are expected as part of this role, with a focus on delivering projects that meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of related experience OR 3 years of related experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
Ability to travel frequently up to long distances as required for project work.

Responsibilities

Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to stay on track.
Partner with store team leads to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Travel to projects across the US as needed to support project delivery.
