Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will partner with store leaders to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and travel frequently to project sites. Night shifts and extensive travel characterize this role, with salary offered in a broad $60k–$110k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
