Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and high quality standards.

In this role you will partner with store leaders to supervise hourly team members and address escalations. Expect travel across the US; the position emphasizes collaboration with leadership to keep projects on track and develop associates

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores and across the US; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
