Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and upholding top-quality standards.

You will partner with store leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. Occasional travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of related experience or 3 years in related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and travel as needed to support projects.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
• Communicate plans, changes and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on operations.
