Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time and within-budget results with top quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership. You will travel across the US as required, with mileage reimbursement and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Travel nationwide to project sites as needed.
