Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, with travel across the US. The role emphasizes career growth, internal promotion, and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
