HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Reality Capture Manager to lead enterprise-wide adoption of reality capture technologies, guiding data lifecycle from planning to actionable insights across all projects.

You will own SOPs, mentor a team of 3–5 associates, and champion the use of tools to inform smarter construction decisions. This leadership role requires a strong background in BIM/VDC, laser scanning, and data processing, with a focus on continuous improvement and expansion of the reality capture

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BIM/VDC, surveying, or geospatial data management roles.
• Hands-on experience with 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and LiDAR.
• Ability to operate laser scanner hardware (FARO, NavVis, Leica).
• Experience with construction documentation and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide SOPs for reality capture.
• Mentor 3-5 Associates in laser scanning and data processing.
• Establish QC protocols ensuring data accuracy across projects.
• Evaluate emerging tech and build adoption business cases.
• Collaborate with BIM/Coordination teams to align reality with models.
• Manage equipment inventory and vendor relationships.
• Present value of reality capture to win new work.
