You will coordinate ride requests, monitor trips, and provide real-time operational support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely ride coverage and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, or call center operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, scheduling platforms, or TMS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assign ride requests to drivers based on availability and service needs.
• Monitor vehicle activity and trip progress throughout the day.
• Adjust assignments and schedules to address service demands and operational changes.
• Ensure timely and efficient ride coverage while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate responses to delays, cancellations, and other service challenges.
• Support daily transportation operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active service hours.
• Provide trip updates, service information, and operational guidance.
• Assist drivers with route questions and scheduling concerns.
• Maintain dispatch records and update data within systems.
