Job summary

GLOBAL OPS is seeking a Scheduling & Operations Specialist in Manhattan, NY. This on-site role supports the Security Operations Center with real-time workforce coordination, attendance monitoring, and escalation handling to maintain coverage reliability across client locations.

Responsibilities include assigning shifts, tracking attendance, and coordinating communications between field teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or similar fast-paced roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of decisive action under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts daily and weekly based on availability and needs.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and coverage; adjust plans in real time.
• Coordinate access, visitor verification, and SOC operational updates.
• Escalate incidents promptly and document them accurately.
• Generate shift coverage reports and track attendance trends.
