Responsibilities include coordinating emergent and non-emergent requests, dispatching officers via two-way radios, and documenting incidents in our case management

• Experience or ability to manage high-volume communications in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high-volume phone, radio, and intercom traffic in real time.
• Dispatch security officers using two-way radio systems with professional radio discipline.
• Prioritize and route incoming requests based on urgency and operational impact.
• Coordinate emergent and non-emergent requests and escalate critical events as needed.
• Document incidents and communications accurately in the case/incident management system.
