Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of directly related experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph required to begin employment; higher poly may be required later.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (5a–5p or 5p–5a).
• Experience with RF spectrums and satellite infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with crew members to execute daily procedures and maintain system health.
• Lead daily turnover, update operations log, verify accuracy of entries.
• Support system testing after upgrades and during maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and determine courses of action for events.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain system health and report discrepancies.
• Investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies; identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with subsystem engineering experts for configuration changes and maintenance.
• Certify in multiple operator positions; training provided before testing.
• Perform remote diagnostic monitoring of systems.
• Support mission processing and lab analysis feedback to customers.
